即刻与延期种植修复单个上颌中切牙龈乳头——外形美观的比较性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析比较上颌前牙区单个即刻种植和延期种植修复对龈乳头美学效果的影响。方法:对64例患者的单个上颌中切牙拔除后行即刻种植或延期种植,4～6个月后分别行二期手术、临时冠软组织成形以及一个月后烤瓷全冠修复,观察正中龈乳头高度情况,并进行一年后的随访复查。结果:64例患者行种植修复一年后,即刻种植组中龈乳头外形美观良好的占86.3%,相比之下延期种植修复后龈乳头外形美观达到良好的只占45.7%。结论:在严格掌握适应证的前提下,单个前牙即刻种植修复比延期修复更易获得理想的牙间龈乳头美学效果。Object:The aim of this study was to evaluate the papilla aesthetic effectiveness between the immediate implant group and the delayed implant group in single maxilla anterior implant.Methods:64 patients were included in this study,and 64 implants were immediately inserted or delayed inserted after the maxillary central incisor teeth had been removed.The implants were exposed 4 ～6 months later,provisional restorations corrected the peri-implant soft tissue,and the final porcelain restorations were made in another 1 month.To investigate the central papilla aesthetic effectiveness after the restoration and 1 year later.Results:It was found that 86.3% of the immediate group the central papilla effectiveness can achieve good after 12 months' restoration.However,the rate of delayed group decrease to 45.7%.Conclusion:After a careful and strict selection of patients,immediate implant restoration can acquire more aesthetic effectiveness than delayed implant restoration,especially the interdental papillae.
