摘　　要：目的:探讨即刻种植后早期修复的临床应用原则,观察前牙区拔牙后即刻种植后早期修复的临床效果,并初步评价其临床疗效。方法:28例患者共42个牙位在拔牙同时植入Xive种植体,立即取印模制作临时牙冠,7天后拆线并代入临时塑料牙冠。根据骨质情况4-6个月后行永久修复。结果:追踪12-24个月,全部种植修复成功。结论:适当的病例选择;规范化的手术操作;掌握早期修复的制作要点。即刻种植后早期修复可成功的应用于临床并获得较高的成活率。Objective:This study will discuss the clinical applications of immediate implant placement and early restoration.We will study and evaluate the clinical results for anterior teeth.Methods:We selected and placed 42 implants with Xive implant system from 28 patients.Immediate following the surgery,impressions were taken and the temporary crowns were fabricated.The sutures were removed and the temporary crowns were delivered seven days after surgery.According to the alveolar bone situation,the permanent crowns were delivered about 4-6 months.Results:All implants and restorative crowns were successful.Conclusions:Properly selecting patients,standardizing surgery procedure,mastering techniques of immediate implant placement and early restoration,immediate implant placement and early restoration will be successful.It can be used in general clinics.
