摘  要:随着互利共赢与协调发展市场竞争新规则的出现,企业竞争逐渐由过去以设备、资本、产品等为基础的硬竞争力的比拼转换为以管理、服务、理念等为基础的软竞争力的竞争。通过分析全球经济新态势的特点和企业社会责任内涵,认为企业履行和披露社会责任可极大促进企业软竞争力的形成,企业可通过一系列内部和外部措施推动企业社会责任的发展和完善。With the appearance of new market competitive rules,the enterprise's competition has changed from the hard competition which is based on the equipment,capital and products to the soft competition that focuses on the management,service and concept.The paper analyzes the features of current global economy and the definition of Enterprise Social Responsibility and draws conclision that the performance and disclosure of Enterprise Social Responsibility could greatly enhance the soft competitiveness of enterprises.The Enterprise Social Responsibility could be improved through a series of internal and external measures.
