摘  要:目的建立Balb/c小鼠单纯心理应激模型及其评价体系,观察单纯心理应激对机体内分泌免疫功能的影响。方法采用旁观电击实验建立心理应激模型,20只Balb/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组10只和心理应激组10只,另外准备10只小鼠仅接受足部电击,作为应激源,不进入实验处理。记录并分析正常对照组和心理应激组小鼠行为学指标,检测血清皮质酮水平,血清IL-2、IL-4含量,评价Balb/c小鼠单纯心理应激模型。结果心理应激组小鼠旷场试验指标、血清IL-2水平较对照组有显著降低(P<0.05);血清皮质酮、IL-4水平较对照组有显著增高(P<0.05)。结论单纯心理应激小鼠模型建立成功,该心理应激模型能激活下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴,抑制小鼠的细胞免疫功能。Objective To establish the animal model of psychological stress and set up the system of behavioral evaluation,for investigate the influence of pure psychological stress on behaviour and endocrine-immune function. Methods Animal model of psychological stress was established according to communication box method. Total of 20 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into control group (10 mice) and psychological stress group (10 mice),while other 10 mice received footshocks were regarded as the stressor,but they were not be handled. The behaviour were recorded and analyzed so as to evaluate the model. Results Psychological stress significantly decreased the index of open field test and the level of serum IL-2 in psychological stressed mice (P<0.05). Meanwhile,the serum levels of corticosterone and IL-4 obviously increased in psychological stress group mice (P<0.05). Conclusion The animal model of pure psychological stress is established successfully. Pure psychological stress could activate HPA pathway and alleviate the function of cellular immunity.
