摘　　要：分析了摇臂钻床Z3040X16主轴箱体铸件产生气孔缺陷的原因,采取确保浇注时砂芯出气畅通、铸型顶部设置一定的排气冒口等改进措施,有效地解决了主轴箱体和大平面铸件的气孔缺陷问题。The reason causing blowhole defect in the headstock housing of Z3040X16 model radial drilling machine was analyzed. The blowhole defects of the headstock and castings with large plane surface has been eliminated effectively by adopting measures including keeping venting of the cores unimpeded during pouring, setting some venting risers at the top of the castings.
