摘 要:从多年施用五氯硝基苯(PCNB)的栽参土壤中分离得到1株降解菌,初步鉴定为假单孢菌属,命名为PB-02,并对其降解PCNB的影响因素进行了研究.结果表明:28℃振荡培养条件下,PCNB降解曲线符合一级反应动力学方程Ct=C0e-0.129t,相关系数R2为0.931,降解半衰期T1/2为5.3 d.在pH 6~8范围内,PB-02对PCNB具有良好的降解效能,降解率>85%.金属离子对菌株的生长量和降解效能产生不同程度的促进和抑制作用.甘氧酸、色氨酸、维生素B2和丙氨酸促进PB-02对PCNB的降解效能,维生素C和谷氨酸的作用不明显.PCNB降解程度与细菌数量增长呈正相关.A strain of PCNB-degrading bacteria was isolated from the ginseng growing soil in which PCNB had been applied for many years,and one strain named PB-02 identified as Pseudomonas was chosen for influencing factor study.The results show that,under rotary culture at 28℃,the biodegradation process of PCNB accorded with the first order reaction kinetics equation Ct=C0e0.129t,coefficient correlation R2=0.931,and biodegradation half-life T1/2=5.3 d.At pH 6—8,the degradation rate of PCNB was higher than 85%.Metal ion had different extent promotion or inhibition effects on PB-02 strain′s yield and degradation potency.Biodegradation capability of PB-02 strain was promoted by Glycine,Tryptophane,Vitamin B2 and Alanine and no obvious changes were observed for Vitamin C and Glutamate added.A significant positive correlation was found between bacterial yield and PCNB degradation.
