摘　　要：审委会作为中国本土化司法制度的重要组成部分,在中国司法制度完善过程中发挥了巨大的作用。尽管随着经济社会和法治观念的变化,审委会自身的程序运作方面出现了一些缺陷,但审委会的存在并未从根本上影响到法官独立,从另一个视角上来分析,其正是中国本土法官独立之程的护航者。对于审委会改革来讲,应当将其置于中国司法改革的大背景下采取渐进的方式进行。As the necessary part of the localization judicial system,Judicial Committee plays a very important role during the process of perfecting our country's judicial system.With the changes of the economic,social and the concept of law,the Judicial Committee 's own procedure of the operation appears some shortcomings,but the existence of the Judicial Committee did not fundamentally affect the independence of judges.From another perspective,it is the escorting persons during the process of achieving the real independent for our judges.The reform of judicial committee should be placed under the background of judicial reform in China,it would be reformed in a progressive manner.
