摘  要:目的:探讨心肺复苏后患者血清S-100β蛋白的动态变化与预后关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法对30例心肺复苏后患者1 h、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d的血清S-100β蛋白含量进行动态监测。对照组为健康者20例,入院后采血1次。将两组结果进行统计学分析比较。结果:(1)心肺复苏后患者1 h至1 d的血清S-100β蛋白的含量高于对照组(P<0.01);但第3d、第5d、第7d分别与对照组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(2)心肺复苏患者血清平均S-100β蛋白含量的峰值出现在心肺复苏后的1 h至1 d。(3)心肺复苏后患者1 h至1 d的血清S-100β蛋白的含量与病情严重程度相关(r=0.688,P=0.001)。结论:心肺复苏后患者血清S-100β蛋白的含量可作为病情严重程度的一个重要指标。Objective:To discuss blood serum S-100 beta protein dynamic change and prognosis relations after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:Using the ELISA to 30 example of heart and lungs anabiosis future trouble 1h,1d,3d,5d,the 7d blood serum S-100 beta protein content carries on the dynamic monitor.The control group for the health 20 examples,after in hospital picks the blood 1 time.Carries on statistics analysis two groups of results.Results:①Is was higher than the control group cardiopulmonary anabiosis future trouble 1h to the 1d blood serum S-100 beta protein content(P < 0.01);But 3d,5d,7d separately the difference do not have the significance with the control group between(P > 0.05).②The heart and lungs recover the patient blood serum average S-100 beta protein the content peak to appear in the heart and lungs recover after 1 h to 1 d.③Is was connected cardiopulmonary anabiosis future trouble lh to the 1d blood serum S-100 beta protein content and the brain damage (r=0.688,P=0.001).Conclusion:The cardiopulmonary anabiosis future trouble blood serum S-100 beta protein content can take the condition serious degree an important target.
