浙江省全科医师高级职称晋升考试培训相关内容的调查

摘　　要：目的通过对浙江省全科医师高级职称晋升考试培训相关内容的调查,探索适合社区全科医师高级职称晋升考试培训的方案或模式。方法通过查阅国内外相关文献资料自行设计调查表,采用现场调查法对参加浙江省全科医师高级职称晋升考试培训的54名学员和浙江省全科医学领域的35名专家进行调查。结果52名(96%)学员和35名(100%)专家认为进行全科医师高级职称晋升考试培训是很必要的;47名(87%)学员和35名(100%)专家认为最合适的培训时间为集中培训1周;37名(69%)学员和35名(100%)专家选择了课堂理论讲授和课堂专题案例分析相结合的培训方法;学员和专家认为培训的重点内容为全科医学基本理论和方法、全科与社区卫生服务的相关政策及社区常见健康问题。结论开展全科医师高级职称晋升考试培训是很必要的,根据调查结果可初步制定出浙江省的全科医师高级职称晋升考试培训方案。Objective To explore the mode of training program suitable for senior title test of community general practitioners through investigation of the relative contents of training program for senior title test of community general practitioners in Zhejiang province.Methods A questionnaire was made based on reviewing the relative literatures at home and abroad,and on-the-spot investigation was taken to survey the trainees taking part in the training of general practitioners for senior title test and the experts in the general practice field in Zhejiang province.Results Totally 52 trainees(96%) and 35 experts(100%) believed it was very necessary to carry out this training work;47 trainees(87%) and 35 experts(100%) held that one week length of training period was the most reasonable;37 trainees(69%) and 35 experts(100%) chose the theoretical lecture combining with case analysis in class as training method,and they all believed the key contents should be fundamental theory and method of general practice,the relative policies on general practice and community health services,and the common problems of health in community.Conclusion It is very necessary to carry out the training for senior title test of community general practitioners,in Zhejiang province.A preliminary training program for senior title test of general practitioner can be drawn up on the basis of the results of this investigation.
