摘　　要：目的比较LASIK术毕配戴角膜接触镜与不戴角膜接触镜对角膜并发症的影响。方法选取患者232例461眼,其中男112例224眼,女120例237眼;随机分成2组:试验组患者124例246眼,其中男59例118眼,女65例128眼;对照组患者108例215眼,其中男53例106眼,女55例109眼。手术采用德国鹰视酷眼准分子激光机和法国Moria-EVOLUTION3微型角膜刀进行,试验组患者术毕配戴角膜接触镜,对照组患者术毕不用角膜接触镜。结果相对对照组患者,试验组患者不适症状相对较轻,角膜切口愈合相对更好,角膜瓣皱褶和角膜瓣下上皮细胞植入的发生相对较少。结论准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术术毕应用角膜接触镜可以相对减少患者的抱怨和并发症的发生。Objective To compare the complication between two groups (the trial group was used Contactlens soon after LASIK operation; the control group was not used Contact lens after operation.)in eyes undergoing laser in situ keratomileusis. Methods In a prospective study,461 consecutive eyes of 232 patients(112 men and 120 women)had laser in situ keratomileusis using a ALLEGRETTO WAVETM Eye-Q (Germany) excimer laser and a Moria-EVOLUTION3 (France)LSK microkeratome.The complication was observed 1 day and 1 week postoperatively,1 months and 3 months after laser in situ keratomileusis. Patients were classified into two groups as follows:contact lens users group(n=124),and non-contact lens users group(n=108).Results Contrast to non-contact lens users group, The contact lens users group had less complain(P<0.0005)and better incision recovery(P<0.05),meanwhile,had less cornea flap wrinkles (P<0.05) and less corneal epithelium embedding under cornea flap(P<0.05).Conclusion Contact lenses can decrease complain and complication in patients after LASIK.
