Analysis of Status Quo and Developmental Strategies on Elementary and Middle schools PE Teachers of Tibetan-inhabited Farming and Pastoral Areas in Qinghai Province

摘  要:由于经济、文化等诸多方面的因素,青海省中小学体育,尤其是农牧区学校体育教育是目前最难办的教育之一,而学校体育是培养全面发展人才所不可缺少的一环,因此通过实地调查、问卷调查、文献资料及数理统计等研究方法,对青海省六州三十三个县、市、行委中(海北四县、海南五县、海西两市三县三行、黄南四县、玉树六县、果洛六县)选取175所中学和1043所小学,采用分层随机抽样的方法选取其中十七个县、市、行委的32所中学和15所小学的体育师资队伍现状进行调查和分析,结果表明青海农牧区体育教育由于受到经济发展、地域环境等各种因素的影响,师资队伍非常薄弱且不稳定,专职体育教师数量严重不足,为加快青海省农牧区体育师资队伍建设,提出了多渠道开展体育教师继续教育工程,设立农牧区师资继续教育专项资金;继续完善农牧区师范定向招生制度等师资建设构想.Filed work,questionnaire,documentation and statistics are employed to research the status quo of PE teachers in the Farming and Pastoral Areas.Regions in Qinghai Province,by the lamination random sampling method selecting 32 middle schools and 15 primary schools in the Farming and Pastoral Areas Regions to investigate and analyze.The status quo is: these PE teachers have low academic diplomas;low technical titles;inappropriate age structures and insufficient professional PE teachers.To improve the situation,some conceptions are put forwards: To carry out PE teachers' continual education program and explore the mechanism to combine the raise of PE teacher's academic diplomas with their training;to set up specialized funds for the teachers' continual education of these minorities' regions;to continue the practice of the normal universities' registration orientation for the minority county;to establish the system to rescue the poor and improve their education.
