摘 要:目的研究骨性Ⅱ类与骨性Ⅰ类错畸形患者第二恒磨牙的萌出位置和钙化时间上的差异。方法对平均年龄为11.2岁的220例患者的治疗前病历资料进行分析,其中19%为骨性Ⅰ类错畸形,32%为上颌骨骨性Ⅱ类错畸形,49%为下颌骨骨性Ⅱ类错畸形。结果各错畸形组中第二恒磨牙钙化阶段的分布相近,骨性错畸形类型与第二恒磨牙的发育阶段没有明显相关性。在骨性Ⅱ类错畸形组最大年龄组(12岁以上),上颌第二恒磨牙的萌出位置更偏向。结论上颌骨骨性Ⅱ类错畸形中,上颌第二恒磨牙萌出较早,但钙化时间没有差异。Objective The diffence in the times of eruption and calcification Of the second molars between skeletal class Ⅰ and Ⅱ were studied.Methods Pretreatment records of 220 patients with a mean age of 11.2 years were evaluated.About 19% of them had skeletal class Ⅰ,32% had skeletal maxillary class Ⅱ,and 49% had skeletal mandibular class Ⅱ malocclusions.Results The distribution of the various developmental stages in each malocclusion group was similar,and no association between skeletal malocclusion and dental developmental stage of the second molars was encountered.The eruptive position of the maxillary second molars was more occlusal only in the oldest maxillary class Ⅱ group,above 12 years of age.Conclusion The maxillary second molars may erupt earlier in patients with skeletal maxillary class Ⅱ malocclusions,no differences of the calcification between class Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups.
