摘　　要：本文从行为的视角研究了群体决策中的认知偏差——群体思维。在分析群体思维特征的基础上,通过案例研究深入剖析群体思维对公司决策的影响,并提出消除群体思维的方法,有助于防范管理者的行为偏差,进一步提高公司经营决策的质量和效率。This text studies the cognitive bias of group decision-making on the basis of behavioral visual angle.Based on analyzing the characteristic of group thinking,the paper studies thoroughly the impact of group thinking on company decision-making through the case,and puts forward the method of correcting group thinking.The paper facilitates taking precautions against the administrator's behavioral bias,further improves quality and efficiency of company's business decision.
