摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢上皮性癌组织中Ki67和Survivin的表达水平及意义。方法采用SP免疫组化法检测55例卵巢上皮性癌和50例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中Ki67和Survivin的表达情况并进行比较。结果Ki67和Survivin在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的阳性率(分别为92.73%和76.36%)与良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织(分别为12.00%和14.00%)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Ki67和Survivin的阳性率在卵巢上皮性癌组织Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、Ⅲ～Ⅳ期间差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.0440、0.0002)。Ki67在G1～G2级与G3级的阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.2861);Survivin在G1～G2级与G3级的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0008)。结论Ki67和Survivin在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达增强,是评估卵巢上皮性癌恶性程度的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of Ki67 and Survivin in epithelial ovarian tumors and its significance.Methods S-P immunohistochemical assay was used to determine the expressions of Ki67 and Survivin in malignant epithelial ovarian tumors(55 cases) and benign(50 cases) .Results The positive rates of Ki67 and Survivin in epithelial ovarian cancers were 92.73%,76.36%,respectively,higher than in benign epithelial ovarian tumor tissues(12.00%,14.00%,respectively) (P<0.01),the difference was significant between Ⅰ～Ⅱ-stage epithelial ovarian tumor tissues and Ⅲ～Ⅳ-stage(P=0.0440,0.0002,respectively).No significant difference was noted in Ki67 positive rate between G1～G2 and G3(P=0.0008).Conclusion Enhancement of expressions of Ki67 and Survivin in epithelial ovarian cancers is an important indicator for assessing malignancy degree of epithelial ovarian cancers.
