摘　　要：进入21世纪,知识经济初见端倪,科学技术突飞猛进,社会正在发生着巨大的变化,成人教育做为一种培养人的社会活动,在社会变迁的进程中同样需要创新和发展。现如今,我国成人教育创新和发展的重心就是对成人学校生源进行创新和发展,这既顺应了社会发展的要求,也是未来成人教育发展的内在诉求。Since the beginning of 21st century,the knowledge-based economy has begun to thrive,the science and technology has advanced by leaps and bounds,and the society has been undergoing huge changes.Similanly,the adult education,as a social activity,to educate people,needs innovation and evelopment in the process of social change.Nowadays,the centre of innovation and development of adult education lies in the adult school student resource which not only conforms with the requirements of social development,but aslo is the intrinsic demand in the future development of adult deucation.
