摘　　要：肝阳上亢型头痛,病因是肝火上炎,血不藏于肝,气血随肝火逆行于头部。自拟方重在清肝火,同时考虑阴虚,用药多辛凉清润,少用大苦大寒之品。治疗41例,痊愈35例,好转5例,无效1例。Excessive rising of liver - YANG type headache, the cause was liver - fire on inflammation, blood is not hidden in the liver, blood and retrograde in the head with the liver - fire. Clearance from the liver - fire intended to focus on, taking deficiency, medication clearing heat with pungent and cool-natured, less bitter cold of large goods. Treatment of 41 cases, 35 cases fully recovered, 5 cases improved, 1 case is invalid.
