解郁1号对抑郁模型大鼠血浆NPY、SP、SS含量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究解郁1号对孤养加慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠血浆NPY、SP、SS含量的影响。[方法]将清洁级SD雄性大鼠60只随机分成正常组、模型组、西药组、中药组,每组15只。应用孤养加慢性应激方法造模,造模结束后尾静脉取血,放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血浆NPY、SP、SS含量。[结果]与正常组比较,模型组血浆NPY、SS含量显著降低(P<0.05),SP含量显著升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,中、西药组NPY、SS水平明显上升(P<0.05,P<0.01),SP水平明显下降(P<0.05)。[结论]抑郁发病与血浆NPY、SS、SP水平变化密切相关,调节血浆中NPY、SS、SP水平可能是解郁1号有效抗抑郁作用机制之一。[Objective] to research the effect of jieyu 1# on the content of NPY, SP, SS in blood plasma of independent feeding and chronic stress depression model rats. [Methods] 60 SD rats in grade were randomly divided into control group, model group, Fluoxetine group, and jieyu group, each group for 15 rats. All the rats except control group lived in the situation of independent feeding and chronic stress, at the end of the experiment, blood was distilled from the tail of the rats, and the NPY/SS/SP were tested by radioimmunity. [ Results ] the mechanism of depression was related to the changement of the NPY, SP, SS in blood plasma, and adjusting the level of NPY, SP, SS in blood plasma is one of the mechanism in the effect of Jieyu 1 #. [ Conclusion] the incidence of depression and plasma NPY, SS, SP level is closely related to regulation of plasma NPY, SS, SP levels may be effective on the 1 st Jieyu one of the mechanisms of antidepressant effect.
