名词短语中英语冠词使用情况的调查研究

摘　　要：本文对非英语专业学生在名词短语中使用英语冠词的情况作了一次调查。结果表明,冠词的掌握程度与英语水平成显著正相关;在三个冠词中,学生对不定冠词掌握较好,定冠词次之,零冠词最差;不定冠词和零冠词的正确率随着受试者英语水平的提高而提高,而定冠词却呈现出U型曲线。对冠词的误用是多种因素作用的结果。The study is designed to shed a light on how the Chinese non-English majors are using English articles in noun phrases. The results show that the accuracy of article use is significantly correlated with proficiency level; the accuracy rate of indefinite article use is the highest while that of the zero article is the lowest; the accuracy rate of the indefinite and zero article use increase with proficiency levels whereas that of the definite article is seen going a down-and-up route.
