摘　　要：目的探讨谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)在大鼠正常脊髓组织内的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学法,检测脊髓组织内GS的表达。结果GS在脊髓灰质(前角、后角)和白质(前索、后索)广泛呈点状散在分布,且主要在免疫阳性细胞胞体内表达,少量免役阳性细胞突起内也有表达。结论GS在维持正常胞外谷氨酸浓度过程中起到重要作用,也提示其在某些病理环境下能阻止或减缓神经元神经毒性死亡的进程。Objective To observe expression of glutamine synthetase in normal spinal cord of Rat.Methods The expression of glutamine synthetase was assessed by immunocytochemical staining.Results The glutamine synthetase was widely localized in gray matter(anterior horn and posterior horn) and white matter(anterior funiculus and posterior funiculus) and exhibited punctate and diffused distribution,and it mainly expressed in the immunoreactive cell bodies as well as a small number of cell processes.Conclusion The glutam...
