摘　　要：文化是制度产生的内生变量,不同的文化特质荟萃生出不同的养老保障制度及养老模式。与传统孝道文化相一致的养老保障模式即家庭养老,在现代大工业时期,似乎它应该退出历史舞台,呆国外较发达国家的养老保障发展史告诉我们,家庭养老不仅不会终结,相反它还会随着历史的发展焕发出更加绚烂的青春活力,在现代社会它依然回唱主角,其他形式的养老保障都不过是对它的补充。我国的农村养老保障模式必须有传统文化的属性。The culture is the endogenous variable which the system produces,the different cultural characteristics gathers together and produces the different elder security system and the pension pattern.In the modern large industrial time,the family support in accordance with the traditional filial piety culture seems to withdraw from the historical arena.But the history of pension security of overseas developed countries tells us that the family support will not end,on the contrary it will shine vigor along with th...
