摘　　要：高校合并给图书馆读者服务工作带来新的变化 ,读者服务工作人员应对合并办馆有新的认识、新的举措。为教学与科研人员提供特色服务 ;为本科生、专科生撰写论文提供特殊服务 ;办理通用借书证、开展馆际互借服务 ;搞好宣传辅导工作 ;The merging of colleges and universities brings about new changes of the reader's service in the library. The librarians must have a new conception about the library after the merging and take up the following measures to meet the new demands: special service for educational and scientific personnel; special service for the junior college students as well as the senior students in their dissertation writing; library cards available in the service of other different libraries; well-arranged publicity and tutoring ; well planned further education for librarians.
