摘　　要：高职院校学生存在着文化基础差、自卑心理严重、缺乏职业意识等问题。为此 ,起始教育应注意营造良好的校园文化 ,树立正确的人才观 ,培养职业意识 ,建立合理的基础课课程体系。At present,professional education is playing a significant role in china.However,it is a pity that there are some problems in the duration effect on the education quality.For this reason,the characteristics of new students will be analyzed in the paper.It can be clearly seen through analysis that they are poorly educated,selfabased and short of professional conscicousness.Therefore,it is important to cultivate their good campus culture to make them set up correct sense about ability and develope good professional consciousness.In addition,scientific curriculum designed is necessary and essential.
