摘 要:研究了化学诱变剂对当代,M_2、M_3代的遗传学效应及 M_2代主要农艺性状的遗传力与遗传进度。明确了 EMS、dES、PYM、N_aN_3四种化学诱变剂处理大豆种子的适宜浓度及应用技术。用 EMS、dES 处理大豆合子 M_2代的突变频率比处理种子提高了2.9-3.3%。提出了诱变后代选育方法及鉴定技术。为大豆化学诱变育种提供了较明确具体的技术。用化学诱变方法育成的4个大豆新品种已先后在生产推广应用。Heritage effect of chemical mutation pharmaceutical on M1,M2 and M3 generation of soy- bean and genetic affinity and genetic advance of main agronomic properties of M_2 generation were studied. The optimal concentrations of four chemical pharmaceuticals EMS,DES,Na N_2 and pyM4 for treating soy- bean seed and techniques were determined.Mutation frequency of M_2 of soybean seed treated with EMS and DES were increased by 2.9-3.3%.Breading method and appraising technique of mutated genera- tions was proposed,which provide a feasible technique for chemical mutation breeding of soybean.4 soy- bean cultivars selected with chemical mutation breeding have been used in production.
