摘　　要：该文从知识经济时代高校图书馆馆员应具备的素质、知识经济时代给高校图书馆馆员带来的挑战与机遇、我国高校图书馆馆员的现状、提高高校图书馆馆员素质的具体实施对策四个方面论述了高校图书馆馆员应如何应对知识经济时代的挑战。This paper talk about the following four viewpoints: the accomplishments that college librarians should have in knowledge economy era, the challenge and opportunity for the college librarians come into being by knowledge economy, the present situation of the college librarians in our country, the concrete countermeasures to improve the accomplishments of college librarians.
