摘　　要：近代以来云南藏区社会基层组织发生了根本性的变迁,对这种变迁与社会秩序形成的关系问题进行研究,总结不同时期的得失,对我们现在建设法治云南、和谐云南、和谐边疆都具有十分重要的作用。Since the modern times,grass-root social organization has undergone fundamental changes in the Tibetan areas in Yunnan.A study of the relationship between such changes and the formation of social orders to draw some conclusions of benefits and drawbacks at different periods will contribute to the establishment of the rule of law in Yunnan,to the construction of a harmonious Yunnan,and to the harmony along the border areas.
