学校管理中的生命视角——以基础教育学生管理为例

摘　　要：以往的学校管理基本上是一种经验管理模式和规范管理模式,两者的根本缺陷在于对个体生命的忽略。要弥补两者的缺陷。就要提倡学校管理的生命模式。以学生管理为例,这种模式强调把学校教育看作是一种生活,依据学生生命的特点,追求学生真实的生命成长。Traditionally,school administration is basically an experience administration mode and norm administration.The fundamental defects of the two modes are the neglect of individual life.To compensate for the defect,we have to advocate the life mode of school administration.Take students administration for example,it takes school education as a kind of life,pursues the life growth of students.
