摘　　要：基础教育阶段中,家长在教育中的角色和功能被不适当的放大或缩小。以教育系统复杂性的视角确认家长既不是被设计的学业监督者,更不是教育管理者或决策者,而是在教育系统中的各层级关联作用中体现家长的角色和功能。In elementary education,the role of parents is always inadequately designed.That is to say,parents are not standing on its role part in education system.Considered in the perspective of complexity of education system,it's claimed that parents are neither a designed supervisor of schooling, nor an operator of education.The functions of parents in education are exhibiting empirically as its interacting with other roles in education system.
