摘　　要：在公平理论视阈下,我国公共高等教育投资资源配置改革是一个系统工程,改革势在必行。我国目前在公共高等教育投资资源配置上存在的不公平现象十分突出,已经影响到我国高等教育的可持续发展与和谐社会建设。公平性是我们配置公共教育资源时应该遵循的基本原则与核心理念。在这一前提和基础上,应该进行系统的改革。In the visual threshold of equity theory,it is a systems engineering for the reform of the allocation of the investment resources for Chinese public higher education,and the reform is imperative under the situation.It is very seriously unequitable for the allocation of investment resources of Chinese public higher education,and it has already affected the sustainable development and the construction of harmonious society.Equity is a basic principle and core idea.Systematic reform should be performed on this premise and basis.
