摘　　要：中国共产党代表中国各族人民的根本利益,决定着中国共产党人必须具有"与时俱进"精神品格;马克思主义为中国共产党人发展和提升"与时俱进"的境界提供了哲学基础;注重学习,做学习型政党,坚持学习马克思主义、学习世界一切优秀文化成果和科学技术,坚持在实践中学习,推动了中国共产党人不断提升"与时俱进"精神品格的境界。马克思主义在中国三大理论创新成果:毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想,彰显了中国共产党人与时俱进的突出精神品格。The Communist Party of China represents the basic interests of Chinese people,which determines that the CPC members must have the character of advancing with the times.Marxism offered the philosophy basis for CPC to develop and promote the realm of advancing with the times.Pay attention to studying to be a studying party and insist on studying Marxism,all the excellent cultural achievements,science and technology.Study from practice.Thus promotes the CPC to raise the realm of the character of advancing with the times.Marxism's three represents in China include Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory and Three Represents Theory,which shows the CPC Outstanding spiritual character.
