摘　　要：大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,是民族的希望和祖国的未来,做好大学生思想政治教育工作意义重大。新形势下,高校要认真贯彻党的教育方针,牢牢把握人才培养方向,在校党委统一领导下,各职能部门通力配合,齐抓共管,进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,为党和国家培养更多合格的建设者和可靠的接班人。College students are valuable personel resources. They're the hope and future of our country. It's important to do the job of ideology of college students. Under the situation, the college should earnestly carry out the educational policy and take hold of the cultivating direction. We should focus our wisdom and efforts of the masses on ideology of college students.
