摘　　要：目的探讨老年期抑郁症(SD)和 Alzheimer 病(AD)患者在失匹性负波(MMN)检测中的特征。方法应用美国 NicoletBRAVO 脑电生理仪,对31例 SD 和30例 AD 及33名正常老人(NC 组)的 MMN 进行了检测。结果与正常老年组比较,AD 组MMN 潜伏期延迟,波幅降低。而 SD 组无上述变化。AD 组 MMN 潜伏期延迟及波幅低于 SD 组。结论 MMN 技术可作为 P300检测的一种补充手段,用于老年精神科临床。Objective To investigate the changes of mismatch negativity(MMN)in patients with Senile depres- sion(SD)and Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods The MMN was elicited from 31 SD patients,30 patients with Alzheimer's disease and 33 normal age-matched controls by using a Nicolet Bravo Instrument.Results Compared with NC group,AD group showed prolonged latency(P<0.05)and amplitude decreased(P<0.01),while SD group did not.Compared with SD group,AD group showed further prolonged MMN latency and MMN amplitude de- creased.Conclusion MMN as a detective method of P300 should be used in the clinical examination of the pa- tients with AD and SD.
