摘　　要：少先队体验教育是少先队开展道德实践活动的基本理念和基本途径。通过对小学新课程教学内容的分析,从学科教学内容中挖掘德育因子和实践元素,利用学校教育主阵地、主渠道的优势,开展丰富多彩的少先队实践体验活动,从而让少先队体验教育与学科教学相互促进,共同发展。Experiencing education of young pioneers is the basic concept and method to expand young pioneers' moral practice.Through analyzing of new course contents in elementary school,finding moral education factors and practice elements from discipline education,making full use of the advantages of school education,developing various young pioneers experiencing activities,we could promote and develop the young pioneers' experiencing education and discipline education.
