摘　　要：青年院校已发展成为学历教育与团队干部培训并举,以学历教育为主的办学格局。青年院校的特性与青年学生的现状要求青年院校的教师必须是一名优秀的青年教育工作者。要成为优秀的青年教育工作者,青年院校教师必须转变观念、拓展知识,提升综合素质。Youth Institutions has developed into an academic team and the training of cadres simultaneously,with academic credentials education as its main education pattern.The characteristics of youth institutions and the status of young students require the young teachers as excellent young educators.To become excellent young educators,teachers of youth institutions must change their ideas,expand their knowledge and improve overall qualities.
