摘 要:文章以建国以来中小学体育教学大纲为主要发展线索,采用文献资料法,专家访谈法,历史研究法,逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国中小学武术教材内容设计的演变过程做了系统的梳理,分析了不同历史时段武术教材内容设计的特点,归纳了武术教学内容组织与分布特征,总结了武术教学内容设计的规律性。结论认为:(1)教学内容要处理好社会需要、学生个体、武术学科三要素之间的关系。(2)价值观念的转变是武术教学内容改革能否成功的关键。(3)教学内容的选择和组织设计要注重基础性,并结合学生的个体发展需要和身心特点。Through the main clue of the development of the primary and middle school physical education teaching syllabuses since the foundation of new China, with the methods of document study, expert interview, history study and logical analysis, the paper studies the evolving process of the content design of the primary and middle school physical education teaching syllabuses, and analyzes the characteristics of Wushu teaching content in different ages, and concludes the characteristics of Wushu teaching content and the rules of Wushu teaching content arrangement. The paper believes that: (1) the teaching content of Wushu should cope well with the relations among social needs, students and Wushu science; (2) the key of Wushu teaching success lies in the change of value concept; (3) the choice of teaching content and organizing design should pay importance to the foundation and combining students' developing needs and their physical characteristics.
