安徽省高职女生体育选项课现状调查与分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、生理指标测试等研究方法对安徽省已开设体育选项课的24所高职院校的女生体育选项课教学现状进行调查,结果显示:高职院校普遍不重视针对女生的体育教学改革,内容设置、选项的自主性不合乎女生需要,而且通过生理测试发现部分女生体育选项课的运动负荷存在偏低现象。本文在调查研究的基础上,认真分析其内在原因,并提出了合理对策与建议。The article studies the present situation of the physical education elective course teaching for female students by using questionnaire and physiological index in the 24 Anhui high vocational colleges which have elective course.The result shows that the high vocational colleges ignore the physical education reform to the female students.The content and the independence of the elective course don't conform to female students' physiological index.Some movement load of the elective course is low.So,we put forward the developing tactics which can be used for reference to female college student elective course for Anhui physical education and even around the country.
