摘　　要：高素质化教学管理队伍建设是提高教学质量的保障,是创新和发展的要求。本文分析了高校教学管理工作的重要性,阐述了管理人员应具备的素质,并提出了高校高素质化教学管理队伍的建设应该采取的措施。It is the security of improving the quality of teaching management and the needs of innovation and development to strengthen the construction of high-quality teaching management team.In this paper,we analyze the importance of teaching management work in the colleges,expound the quality that the management team should have,and bring up the measures of improving the quality of teaching management team.
