摘　　要：科学合理的利益分配机制是技术联盟稳定运行的保障,传统技术联盟利益分配方式没有考虑企业资源的重要性。文章在Shapley值法的基础上进行了适当的改进,充分考虑到联盟企业投入资源和要素的成本价值与资源价值,通过第三方机构的客观公正性和权威性,构筑了技术联盟的利益分配模型,来实现技术联盟利益的公平合理分配。The distribution mechanism of scientific and rational benefits is the stable running protection of technical alliance,while the traditional benefit distribution of technical alliance does not take the importance of enterprise resources into consideration.Based on Shapley value method,the appropriate improvements were made,taking into account the cost and the resources value of enterprise resources and the elements.Through the impartiality and authority of the third-party organization,a model of interest-dis...
