摘　　要：教师的主导作用是指从学生需要出发,教师在教学中起启发、诱导作用。当今的普通高校体育教学既强调教师的主导作用,又强调学生的主体地位。教师主导作用与学生主体地位是辩证统一的关系。体育教学充分发挥教师的主导作用,才能使学生在课堂上既掌握体育知识、基本技能技巧,又培养体育能力,增强体质,促进身心全面发展。体育教学发挥教师主导作用,必须提高教师自身的基本素质,建立科学的学生观,要对体育教学进行精心策划、实施。普通高校在体育教学中,自主学习、合作学习、探究学习等学习方式有利于教师主导作用的发挥与学生主体地位的确立。Nowadays,double centered educational notion is stressed,it means pay more attention to students and its role as well as to teacher's role in teaching,it is the further stretch of teacher's main leading process,it guarantees students' abilities of being student-centered.Teachers is more creative and initiative in choose teaching materials,target making,teaching method and teaching process,and it is best to bring teachers' leading part into play.Double centered educational influence can increase students' abi...
