摘　　要：为提高速滑直道技术教学水平,采用教学实验法针对不同层次教学对象,对速滑直道技术进行分层次教学法研究。实验结果表明,按学生速滑基础和学生要求,并在教学过程中运用想、练的结合性方式进行分层次教学与训练,可以有效的提高各层次学生速滑技术水平和滑冰能力。创新后的直道教学法为普及高校速滑运动、落实以速滑为主的全民健身计划发展纲要和培养不同层次的滑冰人才,提供了教学与训练参考。In order to improve the training output of speed skating straight-line techniques,we used experimental didactics to conduct hierarchically study to targets of different levels.The result shows that the hierarchical didactics,in combination with think-n-practice training process,can significantly improve the speed skating techniques and capability of different level targets.The innovative straight-line didactics provides reference to teaching and training,so as to popularize college speed skating sports,carr...
