摘　　要：广西广播电视大学拥有"天网、地网、人网"三网合一的系统办学优势,在当前北部湾开发开放的新形势下,作为广西高等教育的一支重要力量,广西电大面临着机遇和挑战,必须转变观念,开拓创新,坚持四个"面向",强化开放教育,优化远程教育,发挥优势,努力开辟一条适合自身发展的办学路子,为提高大众受教育水平,建设全民终身学习的学习型社会,为广西经济建设和北部湾经济开放开发作出应有的贡献。Guangxi TVU has the advantage of its integration of satellite net,computer net and systematic school-running net.In the new situation of opening and developing Beibu Bay,as an important part of Guangxi higher education,Guangxi TVU is facing opportunities and challenges.It has to update concept and be innovative.Sticking to the principle of "serving four aspects",it should strengthen open education and optimize distance education.Also,in order to improve the public's educational level and build lifelong lear...
