摘　　要：汤显祖和莎士比亚在《紫钗记》和《威尼斯商人》中塑造了一系列反封建传统的新女性形象,从人性和人的价值角度探寻女性的处境和命运,为女性提出了作为“人”的生命欲求,呼唤人性的解放。汤显祖和莎士比亚的女性观是他们人文关怀的最伟大、最集中的体现。Tang Xianzu and Shakespeare,in their masterpieces A Pair of Purple Jade Hairpins and The Merchant of Venice,created several anti-feudal women characters through which they probed into the fate of women from the perspective of humanity and called for the equality between the two sexes.Their shared views on women best manifest their shared humanism ideas.
