对成人高等教育学生实施创业教育的思考

摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化和社会劳动就业制度的变化,成人教育学生同样面临就业难的问题,有必要在成人高等教育学生中实施创业教育来解决就业问题。本文从分析当前成人教育学生面临的就业形势入手,指出成人高等教育在人才培养和就业工作中存在的问题,提出实施成人高等教育学生创业教育的措施。As the higher education popularity and the change of social labor employment system, the adult education students also face employment problems. It is necessary for adult higher education students to solve the problem through starting an undertaking education. It analyzes the current employment situation, which the adult higher education students face and points out the problems existing in the talent development and the employment work. Here it proposes the measure of implementing undertaking education for adult higher education students.
