摘　　要：高校基层党员要树立终身学习的理念,带头强化学习意识;要树立团结协作的理念,带头强化大局意识;要牢记党的宗旨,带头强化育人意识;要以高度的责任感带头强化模范意识;要与时俱进,带头强化创新意识;要牢记两个务必,强化廉洁意识;要努力拼搏,扎实苦干,带头强化精益求精的意识;要在建设高水平大学的进程中带头强化危机意识。Skeleton communists in university must build up conceptions of life study;Build up conceptions of comity and cooperation and take the lead to strengthen consciousness of overall situation;Fix the tenet of the Party and take the lead to strengthen consciousness of education;Take the lead to strengthen consciousness of exemplar with high responsibility;Must being practical,growing with age and take the lead to strengthen consciousness of innovation;Fix two affairs without fail and strengthen consciousness of probity;Go all out in work hard,well knit labor and take the lead to strengthen consciousness of keep improving;Take the lead to strengthen consciousness of crisis in the course of building high level university.
