摘　　要：教师对学生的影响是深刻的、长期的、潜移默化的。教师素质对学生的科学素养、人文素养的养成,对学生的全面发展起着决定性的作用。可以说,我们是在一种缺乏人文关照的环境下成长,面对学校心理健康教育教师的素质养成中存在人文精神的缺失,我们应如何应对?A teacher always exerts a profound and imperceptible influence on his students over a long period of time.The quality of a teacher plays a decisive role both in the students' accomplishment of science and humanism and development in an all-round way(i.e.,to develop morally,socially, intellectually and physically).Unfortunately,both teachers and students have been growing up in the circumstance lacking humanism.What should we,the schoolteachers in mental health education for students,do to deal with such a lack in the professional accomplishment?
