摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性白内障手术方式的选择及疗效分析。方法将151例(151眼)外伤性白内障患者,根据其眼部外伤情况,分为4组(A,B,C,D),选择相应的手术方式及一期或二期人工晶状体植入术,观察术后视力。结果术后矫正视力=0.3者A组61.9%,B组19.6%,C组42.8%,D组46.4%。结论选择恰当手术方式对于外伤性白内障取得最佳效果具有密切关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between operative methods and results in patients with traumatic cataracts. Methods 151 cases (151 eyes) of traumatic cataract were divided into 4 groups (A, B, C, D) by types of eye injury. The different operation were underwent according to different eye injury with primary or second intraocular lens implantation. The visual acuity was recorded. Results The best correct visual acuity =0.3 after surgery in group A was 61.9%,group B 19.6%,group C 42.8%, group D 46.4%. Conclusion A proper operative method is a key role to acquired best results in traumatic cataract.
