应用中低温保存羊膜治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中低温保存羊膜治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法选择翼状胬肉患者共202例(218眼),随机将患者分为3组。A组:羊膜移植76例(85眼);B组:自体球结膜移植69例(72眼);C组:单纯胬肉切除57例(61眼)。观察术后各组胬肉的复发率。结果随访3月～20个月,A组复发6眼(占7.06%);B组复发7眼(占9.72%);C组复发15眼(占31.15%)组间经统计学处理A组与B组>0.05差异无统计意义;A组与C组<0.001差异有非常显著的统计学意义。结论单纯翼状胬肉切除,复发率高;羊膜移植与自体球结膜移植,两种手术方法术后复发率明显减少。中低温保存羊膜移植术后不产生排斥反应,羊膜保存方法简单易行,价格低廉,可随用随取,十分方便,是治疗翼状胬肉首选方法。Objective To observate the clinical efficacy of preserved amniotic in the treatment of ptergium. Methods Three groups of 202 pterygium patients (218 eyes) were studied: 76 patients (85eyes) with amniotic transplantation (group A); 69 patients (72eyes) with conjunctiva autografting (group B); 57 patients (61 eyes) with simple ptergium excision (group C).We studied the recurrence rate ot the three groups after operation. Results Patient were followed up 3 months to 20 months.The recurrence of the three group(A,B,C):6 eyes(7.06%);7 eyes(9.72%);15 eyes(31.15%) .There was no significant difference in recurrence between group A and group B ( >0.05),and there was significant difference in recurrence between group A and group C ( >0.05). Conclusion The recurrence rate of group C was obviously higher than the other groups. There was no rejection after the operation of amniotic transplantation.The construction of amniotic was easily to do and cheap;It was very easily to use the amniotic. Amniotic transplantation was the first method to treat the pterygium.
