摘　　要：高职院校担负着培养高级技术应用型人才的重任,目前在市场经济条件下,师德建设中存在着倡导多、措施少等问题,通过加强自身修养和完善师德建设机制,以强化新时期的师德建设是当务之急。Vocational colleges of higher learning should burden the important task of cultivating the application talent with advanced technology Under the present condition of market economy,there exists two much advocacy but too few measures.It is urgent to strengthen self-cultivation and improve the system of teachers' morality construction.
