摘　　要：关注教育过程.注重实践教育的灵活性和有效性是诊所教育哲学理念的根本所在。诊所教育理念追求的教育境界就是在过程中发现问题,在过程中体验个体的价值和成就,及建立融洽的师生关系。作为一门实践性很强的专业,社会工作需要诊所教育的介入,因为它可以有效地将参与社会实践和来自社会实践的两种实践课程有机地统合在专业教学中,从而将学校的小课堂和社会的大课堂融入在一个教学过程之中,"助人自助"的社会工作价值理念在这个过程中也可得到充分的诠释。Focusing on the educational process and caring for the freedom and effectiveness of the practical teaching is what clinic education lies in.The main point for clinic education is that process plays an important role in teaching,in which everything can be dealt with,such as finding problems,experiencing one's own feeling,value and the success and building up a friendly relationship among teachers and students.As a much more practical major,the social work needs clinic education,for it an help expressing the ideal of the social work-Helping others is helping oneself-and combining the small class from the school with the big class from the society.
