摘　　要：讨论了生态环境资源观和价值观问题,并对生态环境资源价值估算进行了初步探讨,认为生态环境是一种资源,它的资源性是其价值产生的直接源泉,而人类劳动则是其价值形成的间接源泉.生态环境资源价值由"自然价值"和"附加劳动价值"两大部分组成.文章还归纳了生态环境资源功能性价值的一般评估模式.This paper discusses the eco-environmental resources concept and value concept, probing into the evaluation of eco-environment value. It is opined that eco-environment is a kind of resource which is directly and indirectly reflected in its value and human labor respectively.The value of eco-environment resources is composed of 'natural value'and'added labor value'.This paper finally sums up the normal evaluation models for functional values of the eco-environment.
