光量子血疗治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨紫外线照射充氧光量子血疗治疗偏头痛疗效。方法:将90例偏头痛患者随机分为血疗组和对照组,分别给予光量子血疗和盐酸氟桂嗪治疗,比较两组之间的疗效。结果:血疗组治愈11例,有效27例,无效7例,有效率84.4%;对照组治愈12例,有效24例,无效9例,有效率80%;两组有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:光量子血疗对偏头痛发作有明显的治疗效果,可作为临床治疗偏头痛的方法之一。Objective To investigate the effect of blood treatment with ultraviolet radiation on migraine headache.Methods 90 cases with migraine were randomly divided by treatment and control group.The patients in teatment were treated by blood treatment with ultraviolet radiation and in control were treated by Sibeline.The therapeutic efficacy of two groups were compared. Results In treatment group,11 cases healthing,27 cases utility,7 cases inefficiency, the total efficiency rate was 84.4%. In control group,12 cases healthing,24 cases utility,9 cases inefficiency, the total efficiency rate was 80%.There was not difference statistically between groups ( P>0.05).Conclusion Blood treatment with photon had good therapeutic efficacy for patients with migraine and might be as one of methods of treatment migraine.
